Booking terms

Cancellations: All drop-in class bookings can be cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the class starts. For private sessions, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance.

Late arrivals: Classes start on time. If you're running late you can still join, but we can't extend the class, and late arrivals or no-shows aren't refunded.

Age: Guests must be 12 or older. Anyone under 18 must come with an adult who has their own paid booking.

If we cancel: We'll offer a new date or a full refund.
